ooc; putting in my two cents.

Honestly, I don’t know what to say. Whereas it is true that only a few people are active in the role play, we’ve played along with it just fine until recently. However, and I’ve said this before, it’s discouraging when a post starts and it never continues. That’s mainly the reason I didn’t bother in taking the time to make a post in the past week. What’s the point? They are either ignored, or never continued, and it makes me feel like an idiot, and somewhat offended. Not only paras, by the way, everything that’s posted on here. It used to be a once in a while thing, but now I expected it to happen that way, and I’m just sick of it. If I take the time to write down something, as crappy as it might possibly be, I expect you to do the same. That’s how these things work.

Now, Michelle is right in something I’m guilty of doing, and that is if she’s not around, the role play doesn’t move. Even if I didn’t post anything until last night, I did constantly check on the dash. See if anyone bothered to post anything, which obviously did not happen. I thought about posting something random, do an ask raid, whatever, but due to the problem mentioned above, I discouraged myself from doing so. Maybe I should of, but then again, I doubt anything would have happened.

I’m willing to continue. I like to think that, as my title says, I’ve put in my two cents in plotting and whatnot. I truly like this role play, the progress it has make, and the people in it.

If we continue, which I hope we do, I want everyone to know that my characters are, and have always been, open to any plots, on anything with anyone.

Now, here’s an offer. I’m a writing tutor, my job is to help people develop ideas. I think where Michelle feels frustrated is in having to tell people what to do when it comes to their characters/plots, and that’s not how a role play should work. If anyone needs help developing a plot, or just finding something that could aid in the development of a character, you can talk to me. I’ll help you brainstorm, and hopefully polish whatever is in your mind. I will not tell you what to do, but rather possible ways on how to go about it. Then, I suppose, it can be consulted with Michelle and see how it can work along with the story.

This is way longer than it was supposed to, I always do this.

So yeah, hopefully someone reads it, because I have no idea who comes in here anymore.

If I had twins my hair would go ginger just from the mere shock of it all. People I can handle, all they need is homework help and some good advice. Babies are all complicated and needy, red!

He clearly thinks I’m an evil genius, don’t tell Fred though;) I think he just enjoys a good prank in general, although he was quite proud of my last act of revenge. I had freddie dearest singing opera terribly every time he opened his mouth, it was glorious.  I agree, the classics are always good! Simple can be just as funny, and I’m sure with our combined brain power and my father, the boys won’t stand a chance!

I’m not exaggerating, I’m simply…proving a point with a conveniet hyperbole. Yeah, that’s it! It’s not that far from the truth anyway, love. I’m quite surprised by this too, seeing as I’m one of the youngest in my year. It’s like they’re trying to ship me off already, damn me and my maturity!

Well, it’s natural of you to think so now, Rox, we are both pretty young; but still, don’t forget it’s a likely possibility, specially more you so that are daughter of a twin.

It’s because you are, but since you are much more prudent than him, not a lot of people catch on your evilness. I say we do this whenever we have that family reunion, you know where we are all stuck at the Burrow? Much more likely that they can’t catch us.

Oi, stop it or I’ll hunt you down and make you see sense! Whether there might or might not be a guy in your life right now has nothing to do with your looks, Merlin, you are gorgeous! And that’s not only because you are a Weasley, mind you. Just gotta wait for the right guy, you know? Waiting is good.

roxanne-weasleyxoxo:

Twins…children…babies -shudder- too soon babes, too soon.

Oh, this is going to be good! Who knows what are devious little minds are capable of put together? Not to mention I have free reign on an entire stock of supplies, that helps too;) Our dearest cousins and siblings best run for their lives, the dynamic duo has reunited!

Oh I know she’s just being a great mum, but one can only take so many questions. Perhaps if I just explain to her that I’m about as alluring as an infuriated dragon, she’d understand.

I can almost see you turning as white as a ghost, Rox! I was merely pointing out a fact ;)

I bet uncle George allows you that limitless supply because he enjoys a good prank on the boys himself, maybe we can incorporate him in our ideas; although we could always go with the classics, a change of hair color, maybe waking up and looking like an enterily different person, oh, so many choices!

Oh, now you are exaggerating, Rox! I think it’s funny though that she’d be all up on that topic, while they still think of me as dressing up and playing with old dolls. Well, what they don’t know can’t hurt them, I suppose.

A theme park?!

onlyridingzeke:

Why everyone, of course! I’ll have to do more research on this, I think. Get a better grasp of what we’re getting ourselves into. I agree - a hotel within the theme park would make both our stay and nighttime adventures easier.

What’s the fun in having it all planned out? Not one for spontaneity, are you, Cheshire?  Well, you go do that, and I’ll be packing. Lots to pack. Make sure you, or whoever is booking the hotel, assign me a room with a view, will you? And fun roommates, of course, I’ll greatly appreciate it!

roxanne-weasleyxoxo:

I’m sure my darling brother has loads of pictures to go around…if his camera survived my revenge prank that is;)

I totally understand, red. My brother is enough to drive me to insanity, I can’t imagine what it’d be like if there were two of them! I’m so glad twins aren’t a genetic trait, I would be doomed. I’m sure we could think of something during our movie-fest to use on them, they’d never see it coming!

Oi, for some reason I don’t think they’d find my partying skills impressive.

I hope it did, it’ll go in my album of Weasley against Weasley pranks.

Oh, don’t talk too soon, Rox. I do believe twins runs in the family, so while we escaped having twin brothers, we can never know about the next generation. Two minds working together, I approve! Maybe we can get back on Freddie with that ;)
Neither do mine, although I’m sure they are not exactly aware of it. What I mean is that you don’t have to let aunt Angelina get to you, she’s just trying to help, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

Somebody save me!

roxanne-weasleyxoxo:

Freddie dearest thought it’d be funny to give me the trademark Weasley hair. I love my gingers, but that is so not my color. It’s much better now, but I spent a good day or two hiding my carrot tresses from the world in dad’s workshop.

You? Need entertainment? I’d never thought I’d here that from you, with Alby and Jamesy around to make your life miserable yet oh so fun! I most definitely will be taking you up on that…is it sad that I have withdrawals when I’m away from my favorite cousins? You’d think with all the time we spend with eachother you’d all drive me crazy, but that job is currently save for Fred.

Try telling her that, love, she thinks I need some sort of hobby! Apparently my family thinks I’m boring or something…except maybe dad…but that’s questionable.

Oh, you should have taken a picture! I mean, Freddie has a wicked sense of humor, but I’m sure it was quite a sight.

You know, I ran out of pranks and jokes to do with them, at least ones they haven’t seen before, besides they are either always stuck in their room, or out, at least for James since he’s older and legal. Aww, I miss you too! I need female company, Rox, the boys will make me go mental.

Boring? Well, they sure haven’t seen you party like I have. Besides, there’s no need to be a prankster to be entertaining, we have tons of fun just chatting and watching movies, don’t we?

A theme park?!

onlyridingzeke:

Of course you were joking, sweetheart. Whatever keeps that pretty little ginger head of yours straight. I don’t know, I wouldn’t be opposed to telling people that I’m a foreign prince. ;) Fine, we’ll just take up a floor or two, then. I think I read that there were themed hotels - that could be interesting.

Wonderful, brilliant ideas. I personally think it would be much more entertaining to ride at night anyway. Much like flying a broom, I suspect. Yes, exactly! Might as well give them a real taste of what they came for, no?

Shut up, you! Besides, I do love snuggling, so maybe you’ll be lucky. A foreign prince, you say? And who would we all be, your loyal servants? A floor or two would do, I believe, it’s not as if the whole student body is going. There are, or so I’ve heard! There’s hotels that are within the theme park, or near by, so those would be convenient too, because I don’t fancy having to get on a car.

Now you know what you are talking about, smart boy, Cheshire ;) Well, not only that, but the lights and whole atmosphere would be prettier too, much more fairty-tale like. Exactly! Besides, if it’s supposed to be already magical, there’s no way they’ll suspect anything, they’ll probably imagine it being part of a show! Oh, I like this more and more.

Somebody save me!

roxanne-weasleyxoxo:

I simply can’t be holed up in the same house as my brother anymore, my hair is still recovering from his latest brilliant idea.

There must be somewhere for me to hide..Shell Cottage? Potter residence? This glorious theme park I’m hearing about? If mum asks me one more time why I’m not out with a boy or friends I may just vomit. I’m not bloody anti-social, thank you.

Super Lily to the rescue! What did Freddikins do to your hair? Anyway, you know you are more than welcome to stay at my place, Rox. I need some entertainment here, after all! And you can totally come to the theme park, it should be a grand experience!

Oi, you are not anti social at all! If anything, you are pro-social…if that makes sense.

A theme park?!

onlyridingzeke:

I highly doubt you’ll have to sleep on a park bench, sweetheart. Not only would it be extremely uncomfortable, but why bother with hard metal when my lap is much more sporting? Either way, I’m sure we could all chip in and rent out a whole hotel if we wanted. It’s not as if we’re short on currency - though we’d have to get it exchanged, obviously.

Nigh time rides? Somehow I feel as if this should and will be a major part of the experience. No doubt there will be a bit of mayhem for the muggles to be had as well.

You can sleep on the park bench too, and that way I can have something soft to snuggle with! Kidding. Totally kidding. But, I do think we can afford that, although not the whole hotel, would we want to explain just who is staying that can afford an entire hotel with muggle money?

I do have brilliant ideas, don’t I? From what I’ve heard the lines can be immense, and I’m sure we’ll have no problem breaking in. Oh, you mean trick them and stuff like that? That’d be hilariously fun, specially if the one of the parks is supposed to be based on our world.  I like it.
